Keren joined the firm as an intern in 2000, associate in 2001 and has been a partner with the firm since January, 2007. Keren is an expert in corporate finance and commercial transactions relating to intellectual property. Keren has significant expertise in the representation of public and private companies and venture capital funds. Keren has represented investors and companies in complex cross border transactions, including: – the merger of a drug development company into a US traded shell company and the subsequent follow on offering The establishment of several venture captive funds, The negotiation of complex data licensing agreements with leading international providers and payor – private rounds of investment led by major venture capital funds and angel investors; and – the incorporation of companies and ongoing representation of their corporate and commercial interests.
