Roy has been a partner with the firm since January 2015. Roy is an expert in corporate and securities law and heads the firm’s domestic securities activity.
Roy has extensive and diverse experience in all areas of commercial and corporate transactions and capital markets. Roy represents private and public companies and provides legal counsel concerning initial and follow-on public offerings, IPOs, shelf prospectuses, tender offers, share and asset purchases, related party and other transactions, periodic and immediate reports and corporate governance.
