Paz joined the firm as an intern in February 2007, an associate in May 2008 and a partner in January 2017. Paz’s practice focuses on technology transactions, multinational acquisition an sale of companies or technologies by foreign investors, the financing of private companies, and the incorporation of Israeli and foreign private equity funds. Paz represents private and public life sciences and software companies and investors in such companies, and advises on corporate, commercial, finance, employment and regulatory matters.
