In the life sciences sector, we regularly advise on issues relating to approvals of internal review boards (Helsinki committees), relationships with the Ministry of Health relating to pricing, approvals of medicines and devices, compassionate use and import of medicines. We have also advised on regulatory approvals for merger transactions and investments.
