o License, license option, joint development and prototype agreements with companies including Pfizer, Edwards, Medtronic, Teva, Yahoo Japan, iCO Therapeutics, Bosch, WAKO, InGeneron, Cleveland Clinic, GE Medical, Smith and Nephew, and Duoyuan.
o Representation of Medivation, Inc. in its license and manufacturing agreements with Curetech Ltd.;
o Representaiton of Intec Pharma in its negotiations with Biogen
o Representation of Interwise Ltd. and other software companies in their in and out licensing, co development, procurement and related matters (transactions involving Fortune 500 Companies and many Israeli companies since 2004);
o Representation of companies in their licensing transactions with technology transfer companies of academic institutions and hospitals in Israel and outside of Israel.
o Representation of clients in clinical trial agreements and CRO agreements with dozens of medical centers worldwide;
o Representation of clients in manufacturing agreements;
o Advice to clients about procurement, distribution agreements, and ownership of intellectual property with entities including Pfizer, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and several Israeli medical centers; and
o Advice regarding consortium agreements including FP-7 and BIRD.
