Ohad has been a partner with the firm since January 2015. Ohad's practice focuses on venture capital, corporate finance and diverse technology transactions. Ohad represents hi-tech and life sciences public and private companies, as well as Israeli and foreign venture capital funds. Ohad has represented investors and companies in complex cross border transactions, including: acquisition of Israeli companies by strategic partners; private rounds of investment led by major venture capital funds and private investors; and technology licensing transactions vis-à-vis commercial partners and leading academic and research institutions.
