Assaf advises companies at all stages of growth, from formation and day-to-day corporate governance, through early and late stage financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Assaf negotiates IP license agreements and agreements with customers, developers, manufacturers, suppliers and channel partners. Assaf also advises and represents companies in clinical trial agreements and agreements relating to the distribution and handling of blockchain assets.
